Hey rayne, How long between when the current lot of bacon goes to market and you get the next lot to raise?

Current batch is due to go out of here in the next week or so. Once the building is empty, it takes me two days of pressure washing and then another day to disinfect it. So a minimum of 3 days, but sometimes he pushes me to get it done in two. Other times if it hits on a weekend it might be 4 or 5, but that is rare.

Flip Flops are the bomb.

Man it's nice out. It made it really hard not to take a long lunch.

You're the boss, take a long lunch, but then you'll just have to work late.
