    I knew a guy who had a similar experience, a friend of my Dad's who served in Viet Nam. I worked for him at my first real job back in the 80's. Dad said he was always a changed man.
    yep every moment he is not distracted he will replay those events trying to figure out what he could of done that would of saved them. That guilt will never leave no matter what investigator find or the public thinks. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
