They say we die with 5 lb of undigested meat in our stomach I'm just making sure to do my part!!

Having had my first colonoscopy this past year, I don't think I believe that any more. I have read that kind of thing for years. I think I read that the Duke had like 20 pounds in his gut. There wasn't as much stuff that came out as I expected.

3 lab assessments done, printed all my notes for the week, and half of my musculoskeletal paper done. Still need to finish that other half the paper, a whole other paper for Friday, fill in some notes, and start my next care plan. Oh and I have an exam Thursday. It's going to be a long week.

Glad I have you guys when I need a break!
