Got me beat. I have a 1st grader (girl) that is heck bent on staying up until the new year for the first time. I'm stuck watching Dora The Explorer (with my laptop on my lap of course :D).

My wife loves the Housewives and about every other annoying tv show market toward women and my 2yr old loves her cartoons but luckily i got Trailer Park Boys and the Office along with another cable box in the bed room

HA, we have NO TV. Well, we have a TV but it is hooked up to the internet and use Netflix, Hulu, and a handful of other websites that let us watch tv shows without commercials usually within an hour of airing. We are also able to watch movies that are still at the theater and sometimes before they even get there on a few other sites. We have a LOT more control of what our kids even know about this way, save tons of money, eliminate commercials nearly altogether, and don't have to watch the lame azz make believe news (we get that on the radio).
