I hope I am using the right terms.

Basically the handle is pulled down and the shell plate is catching on the black bullet ejector (black aluminum piece where the finished round is tossed out)

    Any ideas?

It appears your black ramp may be bent or installed improperly. Mine clears the silver shell plate base by about 1/8" and is completely vertical. Good luck!

Oh yeah. Been there, done that.

Your chute/bin mount has bent due to overloading of the cartridge bin. Bend it back out of the way. Mine is steel, not aluminum. (I think I used slip joint pliers w/o taking the bracket off.)
From here on out, dump the cartridge bin after every hundred rounds.
