...that she was "seriously injured" on Oct. 27 trying to stop the attack and retrieve her dogs. She says she suffered "multiple serious bite and scratch-type injuries" and accuses her neighbors of failing to securely confine and restrict their dog, Bailey.

Her dogs entered the other yard.
Her dogs bit and scratched her.

And , having worked in a vet clinic and helping my mom groom dogs, most pit bulls are great dogs. There are some breeds that are generally bad tempered, and most of those are smaller breed dogs. Generally pits are some of the best dogs to work with.

I have a pit. He is the biggest sissy! Totally worthless as a watch dog. Loves to cuddle. I can't get him to bark at anything. People make these dogs mean. They aren't mean.

They should throw the case out and make the lawyers that filed the case pay all court costs plus any lawyer fees the defendant has incurred. Make the lawyers pay for filing frivolous lawsuits and they will file fewer.
