This is a really fast reaction time. I wonder what the laws are in Brazil. Looks to me that that the first few were good shoots, after that he is shooting and people that are running away from him. I wonder if that was a conscious decision or if the adrenalin was at the wheel.

It looks like thuglet number one may have some stomach problems for a while. 3 on 1 in an armed home invasion and the 1 comes out on top is a huge win. Those 3 went into that garage with violent intent. Too bad all 3 didn't end up in a puddle, it would probably save someone in the future who isn't so prepared. Unless such a close call has taught them the error of their ways and they are good boys now.

My guess was he had his gun at the ready (either vigilant citizen or off-duty cop) and saw them coming down the street as he pulled in, and through his mirror. A guy doesn't just block open your garage door as its closing like that because he needs to borrow your 15mm box end wrench, nor does he reach for your door handle.

without seeing exterior footage, I'd say if he fired any shots after he exited the garage, they were not "good", but the rest looked "good" to me. Don't give them time to react to the first one getting shot, and they can't kill you.

I find it interesting that almost every video of a defensive gun use is either from the United States or Brazil. I wonder what their CCW laws are like down there.

I saw that too... At least 1 shot fired by the perp (looked to be quite low as he reacted to the incoming fire)...

Transition. Coming/going from home is a pretty common attack point. Bears watching when opening/closing garage door. Good for him!
