I agree, that video would have been more funny if the cop had shot him with the taser and then he fell over the rail.

All the cop had to do was turn the switch to ground control and lower him down. They also have a pull cable to lower the lift if you lose power.

i hate that line, i had a parent tell me that once. i looked and laughed. taxes are still taken out of my paychecks and go to the same township. people need to get over that one.
