    I read somewhere else that he was arrested on charges of criminal confinement or some such. It wasn't a gun charge per se, it was because he held the trespasser captive until authorities arrived, which, for some reason is not allowed in that jurisdiction.

    He held someone at.gunpoint.for riding.a.dirt bike on his property. Even if he saw the signs, I still wouldn't hold them at gunpoint.

    Think of another trespassing scenario.

    I go to your door and ask for a glass of water.

    You say go away this is private property

    I walk away.and you look out your window.and.I am drinking from your garden hose.

    You would hold me at gunpoint?

    No danger to your life. I'm not breaking anything, not vandalizing your home. Not robbing you. Why point a gun at me? Are you willing to.shoot me if I don't leave and just stand there and say ladeedadeeda? 4 rules still apply
