Democrats kicked out thousands of mental misfits in Indiana in the mid-1980's as a cost saving gesture.
Downtowns are full of them.
Many are dead, all in the name of saving money!

Mental illness is ill cared for in our education system. Teachers don't understand not to over stimulate an autistic child, for fear of finger nails and biting.


I like my haiku. My 50 posts are not quality yet either dangit.
