Any Tikka T-3 shooters out there? I picked up one in '06 a while back and am very pleased so far. I've found a 150gr. load that shows promise and a couple 165gr. loads that aren't far behind.

I'm interested in hearing what calibers you guys have, what your general thoughts are, and what loads work in yours.

My buddy asquires has one in here for sale. It is a heck of a gun. I was shooting it with him and it functioned well, was very smooth, and accurate tooo! You ought to look him up in here and look at that one!

i had a tikka t3 tactical 223 for two years.tried to sell it on here nobody wanted it.it shot great w/ win. white box 55 grain.traded it for a colt sporter.wouldnt do it again.i made 700.00 on the trade, but dont have the tikka anymore.i use a ruger vt. 77 mark 11 all weather 223.looks better than the t3, but dont shoot the win. white box as good, which is what i have the most of.sad story isnt it?tikkas are accurate but not works of art.

I have a T3 tactical in .308 They are good rifles with a very smooth action. I am a big fan of cold hammer forged barrels. A Tikka T3 tactical is a honest 1/2 moa rifle.

308 tactical. Loves 42.2 grns. IMR 4064 with Seira 175 MK's. I would assume your 30-06 has a 1/11 twist barrel. I bet it would really like the heavier bullets.
