    You'd be surprised how often stuff like this happens and no one knows. Most of the officers I work with are animal lovers.

    Technically... harrasment of waterfowl is whatever the heck Mr Green Jeans feels like at the moment. It could be as simple as feeding them at the park all the way to shaking their eggs to prevent unwanted nesting. DNR rules are fairly open to interpretation, especially baiting regs.

    Well, considering Indiana prosecutes people for running over ducks, I say "Bravo!" to that officer. He let someone avoid a felony!

    Wait, what? Does that mean I can write ducks and geese a ticket for jaywalking?

    When I see them crossing roads I honk and get close without hitting them. I don't consider it harassment, I consider it education to not cross roads.
