I would like to get your permission to hold a silent auction in the classified section. I would list an item for 3 days, take silent/confidential bids via PM's, and the highest bid will win the item. I would publish the winning bid. And for allowing this I would pay Ingo 10% to help support the site. Please PM me with an answer.
    Thanks,
    Jay

I asked about doing a raffle a few months back, and was discouraged by Fenway, even though 100% of the proceeds would go to INGO. Just Say'n

A raffle and an auction are two very different things. Raffles are typically not allowed on INGO due to how quickly they can go south. At this time, auctions in the classifieds are not permitted. However, we're currently discussing making an exception.
