I have been looking at these rifles. I know I am getting a Sig 556 or an E4, both use the AR mags. From what I read, the MSAR is a great rifle. I am concered about the mag availability for the MSAR-10. There is only one source, the manufacturer.

lol, I just got one from Buds 2 weeks ago, get the one with the optic, as they do not make the optic anymore, you can always switch the rail, I love mine!

MSAR STG-556 General Discussion - USAaug.com Discussion Forums

    Has lots of information

Also, everyone talks about mags being an "issue" finding them is NOT an issue, many online vendors have them, the cost however...

The ones from Buds are the newer models (Not E4,they are the STG-556 ) meaning no AR mags, but, they are Gen IV (square take down peg) meaning that an E4 stock would fit them and allow AR mags (If only one could find an E4 stock)

I owned a full auto AUG years ago...never did get use to the trigger, sold it for a major league profit tho. If you haven't shot one yet I would recommend trying one before buying if possible. A couple guys in our club bought them then ended up selling them because of the trigger.

I have shot both, the trigger on the MSAR is better than what the AUG was, but still not the best.

I would also agree to try to shoot one first and see what you think
