Senator Toomey (D-Media) is running away from the bill he introduced two years ago, Toomey-Manchin, the incredibly irksome and unconstitutional universal background check for firearms transfers that was someone's response to a mad man who committed matricide to arm himself to seek out a governmentally-approved slaughter pen.
