    I suspect, that he brandished the weapon then went home. Once the incident was reported, they then got the warrant to go find the weapon.

    The Article says he is being charged for having on a gun on school property without a permit. So, if he had a permit, he wouldn't have been charged? I dunno.. just asking where I get the permit. :)

    Also, I like how the article says the gun was loaded, no where in the IC does it mention if a weapon is loaded or unloaded, so even if it was unloaded it would have still been crime.

    Hell, even him admitting it is usually in his truck is a crime..
