Does anyone have any experience with the triangle barreled model 700 Remington 308 rifle?
I would like to know if they're worth taking a chance on I have a chance to buy one.
Anyone have one of these and have an opinion on it?

I don't have one. A friend of mine has one and he thinks it's great.

It is accurate and not all that heavy. It just looks strange.

Remington claims that it is stronger than a round one.

I was thinking of getting one before I got my Savage. The Savage was priced better and had a detachable mag.

As far as accurate goes I think his Remington is a little better than my Savage. Then I might have just been off that day. They both will shoot under a half inch with reloads.

There good shooters, I worked up a load for a friends a little on the loud side with the break on the end of it. If I were to buy one that would be the first thing I would have cut off and re crowned
