    can't be BATFE, even they know better than to advertise that a gun is only "9 months old".....is it a low mile 1 owner creampuff? Owner only shot it on sundays too?

    Wow what a deal. Complete with a trip to club fed. Seriously though. If the full auto stuff is just on paper there is probably nothing illegal. Just stupid. Stupid stupid.

    If he did have everything needed, couldn't he technically have a pre '86 FCG that is NFA registered? Not saying he does, but doesn't it leave room for speculation?

    It wouldn't have UTG rail covers and be for sale on Armslist. Somebody with that type of AK would treat it better than that.
