I am a fan of keeping my important documents in one folder (preferable with a backup copy daily). Wipe the computer and start from scratch. Scan your folder of documents for viruses from a verified clean computer and then move on with that fresh install. Once compromised, always compromised. Your infected computer can never be trusted again. That's just my opinion, (but it IS also my job).
