Any Ice left? I was there 2 weeks ago with the wife and kids. It was a good time.
Very mucky in some areas which made it difficult to keep footing. Had to throw blankets over the seats for the ride home.
Happy to see the bridge is finished.

If you like TR - try Shades and/or Pine Hills Nature Preserve next.

They're only a handful of miles apart.

Shades, however, is generally much less "busy" and "peopleized". (No inn, pool, etc etc). But it's the same general terrain / topography / geology.

Great pics! We went for two nights last week, one night was ok, other day rained all day. Did the pool, out of boredom drove to Rockville, walked around. Returned and played cards with a couple from "The Region." Was a great change from snow.

WOW! Love that park. We take all four of the kids several times a year and they are always begging to go back. It's nice to have the variety of terrain and the ladders are certainly one of the trails the kids are begging to go on every time. After our last super hot day out there last summer, IndyJohn has hydration packs for each of them to hike with once the temps are warm enough to need it. Hopefully we get to visit there again over Spring Break. Looks like the bridge is open? We hiked to the covered bridge last year and it added a bit more hiking time than they could comfortably tolerate at their ages.

My best friend and his family are on trail 3 today. I think we are gonna take the girls and head that way next weekend. Looks like an awesome hike and some fun places to hammock!
