My spouse is wanting to go to turkey shoots so I thought I would start a turkey shoot thread.
--Ted Everett's Auction on N 39 and County Line Rd, just south of I-70 Monrovia exit.
    November 5th 1 to 4 PM.
It was on yesterday too but I missed it...
Since I had someone ask, no you don't shoot at turkeys. You get one shot at a paper or wood target. The shooter with a BB closest to the X wins the round. Usually some type of meat is the prize. You supply the shotgun with a factory choke and they supply the shotgun shells. In some cases guns made for contest shooting are allowed.
If you know of other turkey shoots, post them here.

Club uses it as a way to raise money. Shoots are on Sundays during the winter. Not even sure if they did it last winter because of lack of attendance.

FYI anybody can join the conservation club. $15 a year. Meetings are the first Wednesday of the month.
