    Took a buddy back on my property to show him a treestand to hunt from and we stopped the quads part of the way back and low and behold there were 15 turkeys. 4 of them were between us and a fence inside of 10'. The other 10 were on the other side of a blowdown. They went airborn and lit in the trees next to my property. SWEET. I think maybe that 2 acres of sorgham I put in is working.:D

    In the Barn
    I hunt behind my wifes work. she sent me a picure from her phone last week of about fifty. Hopefully this means a good spring for turkey hunts.

    it's always the same feelings i get year after year, once deer season ends i'm all in gear for turkey season, have the mouth call in on and off just working a little, once i kill my bird (if i can) i start droooling for deer season to come in!!

    I saw the rear end of a big turkey sticking out the windshield of a little Chevy on I-74 a few weeks back. You don't want that to happen to you. Luckily no one was hurt.
