I re-organized my vault today and started doing a little research into two old .22 rimfires that I've had for several years. Both of them were given to me.

    1. Marlin Model 80 with detachable 7-round magazine. Have never fired it. The Model 80 was made from 1934 to 1939.

    2. Winchester Model 72A. Don't know how old it is but the last year they made these was 1959. It's in very good condition except for only one little problem, there is no bolt (this is how it was given to me). Anyone know if I could find a bolt for this rifle?

Outside of ebay, gunbroker, not really.
Nice rifle. I have an old Winchester model 74. Not sure exactly how old it is but my dad had it from back in the early 60's. Accurate as could be, it is impressive.
    Good luck finding the bolt.

That is a beautiful Model 72.The system of presenting the cartridge into the chamber is in my opinion,a great design.I have a Model 72 that is in much the same condition, but had a bulged barrel about 3 inches from the muzzle.I had a local gunsmith cut and crown the barrel and now use it as a plinker. You have some beautiful rifles there.Good luck with the search for a bolt.
