Two way Radios

I would like to get a good handheld radio system. I would like a system that can be used as a monitor. As I'll be putting it in the babies, but it must be multie use. I've looked at a couple systems at Gander mtn. Any suggestions?

The radios you have listed are fine, low tech and low cost.

Please be aware, if you are leaving these on as a monitor, using these radios or any other radios, your house and conversations can be heard by all. You are sending to an open frequency. You may want to re-evaluate that.
