Looks like the TX Gov is stepping up his preparations for his bid for the Presidency.

He's put the Bill making it a crime for TSA agents to touch the naughty parts during pat downs in TX airports on the agenda of the States Congressional special session.

The proposed law passed the Texas House during the regular session but was pulled off the Senate floor without a vote after U.S. Attorney John Murphy circulated a letter to senators warning that TSA has the authority to prevent airplanes from taking off from Texas airports if the agency cannot certify that they are safe

Hopefully, this will pass and SCOTUS will eventually have to rule on it.

The bill is a good idea, but it will take a lot more than this to outshine Gov. Rick Perry's record. He's bad news.

Please don't misunderstand me. I am not supporting Perry as a candidate.
I just wanted to get the info out that the 'anti-groping bill' had been revived.
