    Seguin is my town.

Weird acting dude stops in local Mexican restaurant yesterday morning and asks waitress for directions to a church.

Along with being masked (surgical) and wearing sunglasses She realizes he’s armed (apparently has hand on gun) and after he leaves quietly locked the door and called the cops.

Off-duty cop intercepts him on his way to “fulfill the prophecy“.

Held on marijuana and felon-in-possession charges.

    Oh, and

Albert wrote in a 2018 court filing that he "(associated) with Messianic Judaism and the First Church of Cannabis." In the filing, Albert explained that his affiliation with the First Church of Cannabis was a "very private and secretive one" and that he used marijuana as a "sacrament." According to Jewish Voice, Messianic Judaism integrates Christian beliefs with Jewish beliefs.

This guy had more red flags than a communist pride parade. People did the right thing and illegal possessor went to the slammer. "Fulfilling a prophecy"? Nothing good was going to happen here.

Further reports say he thought he was in Vidor, Texas, about 240 miles away, the handgun was stolen in Vidor, and he was carrying the hand gun in his hand. The waitress didn’t see it initially because he was carrying it in opposite side of his body.

Was in the Marines in early 2000s as an embassy guard, but since discharge has developed a felony criminal record including charge of disarming a police officer.

I got curious about whatever happened to this guy, Tony Dwayne Albert II.

The US Marshals picked him up about 6 months after this event. He was brought up in federal court in San Antonio for possession of a firearm by felon because of a domestic violence conviction. He tried to act as his own lawyer but the judge eventually talked him out of that.

There is an entry in the Federal Bureau of prisons website that says he was released on 7/13/21. So I guess he spent some time in federal prison, but now he’s running around loose.

The dude is obviously Looney Tunes with an apparent propensity for violent thoughts, so I expect that we will hear from him again some day.
