I let them marinade in one part lemon lime juice, one part white wine, black pepper, garlic powder, cilantro,oregano, and paprika or a hotter chili powder to taste. Get uds running at 300 and be careful not to overlook as they cook fast. Split/deveined shrimp take up the most flavor IME.Got any recipes for your shrimp? I've never done shrimp before.
