I lived overseas for a number of years, I did not find it that disturbing. We are very puritan in our views compared to the rest of the world. They look at it a whole lot different then us. They see a funny thing and two people enjoying having fun on stage and on TV....I repeat on stage and on TV. You think if it was distrubing to a large part of the viewers something would not be said?

Just a thought, when was the last time you gave your child a hug or kiss because you was afraid what people would say? Our children need fun and affection. Even if sometimes it might look inappropriate to some others that want to control you and your childrens life.

Sorry, this is a sore point to me. I see kids needing that affection from their parents and not getting it because of this kind of attitude. If we touch or hug our kids we are abusing them? They need the fun and enjoyment of phyisical touch with their parents. Lots of kids do not get it today.

Don't even get me started on Turner's syndrome.(Look it up) Caused a lot of problems to friends of mine that have it.

I have no problem with giving my children affection. While I do agree with your point about kids not getting affection from their parents, I do not think that that guy's actions were appropriate. How would you react if I was licking your kid's ear or dry humping them?

I have a 4 year old and I kiss and hug him everyday...Tongue/biting/dry humping has never been necessary.

My daughter would take it in the humor it was presented in. I would not have a problem with it. Then again, I am not looking for child abusers behind every door. I personally think you are trying to put too much into it.

Kind of like that people that call the cops when you try to correct your children in public. It was a performance, that is all. The child was not hurt or abused. Did you hear the child laughing and enjoying himself? Just because the guy was gay does not make him a child abuser. Just because they was having fun and touching does not make it bad.

You chase your child down, tackle them in a chase and you end up on top of them. You might see that as sexual abuse because you are on top of them, I see that as fun.

Not everyone that loves children is a child abuser.
