Any way to use a swivel & take the wires & bound them around the swivel, then take a shell casing, maybe a .22, & split it so the wires will hang out like you need them to so you can pour the lead around the swivel. I would think you would want to use stainless welding wire for the umbrella wires . There might be another way to create the center portion. Do you have a way to make ball weights ? Maybe you can modify one so the wires will stick out where you need them.

that's definitely an option. I was thinking about using stainless welding wire, I would create a little jig that will hold the end if the wire and allow me to heat it enough to make it bend just a bit easier and wrap it around a mandrel. Then I could turn it on its side and hammer the loops together before they cool making them tight like a key ring. Cut off the excess and I can use a wire leader and swivel and just run in through the loop like putting a key on the key ring. I would need a way for the wire to sit in the mould through the center area that I would need to add the weight.
