Un-stocked Suppressors

I am looking to get a Thompson Machine Zephyr XL (and eventually an AAC Ti-Rant 9), assuming you don't have a given suppressor in stock, would I need to come up, order one (pre-pay), and when it arrives come back and do (Form-4) paperwork?

Yes, if you want to order a brand new ZXL then you would need to pay up front and then we would do the paperwork when it comes in.
