    We are most definitely The World Police.
    You may not agree with it or believe it or want it to be, but we are it. We are not perfect but on this planet, WE are the good guys and we've got the tools to get it done. The UN is just holding us back..... and NO that doesn't mean they are keeping us in check. They have been the enemy for some time now. Their agenda has always been pure evil cloaked as humanitarian. Peace Keepers my ass!

    I think were talking about in the context of the UN, it being that we are the law enforcement arm of the body. That is incorrect, concerning that notion specifically, and generally outside the UN. Unless one believes that "police" selectively enforce things based on their own personal self-interests, while ignoring other violations that typically would require a response.

    True. Our being the "world's police" is all our own doing and all in the interest of those in power, not necessarily the interest of the country in general.
