    Not only am I interested in the the outcome for the "officer" but did the victim get any charges or his permit pulled

    Will be interesting to see how the charges against him will hold up considering the actions of the officer.

    On the Ohio board where this broke, there was some talk about him maybe needing the charges to stay in order for his "day in court" so that the larger issue, the action of the officer, could be put on trial as well.
