    You are correct. Any time there is a return, the seller pays a certain amount of the price and then there are 2 or 3 other return fees on top of the first. I researched this info months back when a seller was trying to stick me with an item with missing parts. I used the info against him to get a replacement item that i needed when i was building rc airplanes.
    A partner at Make It Ring Targets told me that they couldn't wait until they didn't need to sell on amazon because of the return policy. The returns are on the seller, and having someone return a heavy chunk of steel THAT THEY'RE GOING TO SHOOT AT ANYWAY! was a real burden for them, but the exposure was too good to pass up.
