I'm planning to buy a used car (Subaru Outback or so) for up to $15k somewhere south of Indy. Does someone have personal experience with a dealer and can recommend?

How far south? It’s been awhile now but the last used car we bought was from the Ford dealer in Bedford. It was before covid so I’m sure the market has changed. They offered it for a fair price and good to work with…but as I said, it was before the world went insane.
