There's not a big market on used suppressors. Mailny due to the reasons you are wanting one. Say you buy a $800 can, add the $200 stamp for a grand (forgot sales tax, so add another $56). Keep it for a year and get bored. Nobody wants to pay retail for a year old, used can, so if you are lucky, you'll get 80% of new cost so $640 out of your original $1056 output. Most folks will not want to lose that much money so they just hold onto them. If you can find a used dealer sample, you can get a pretty good deal, but they only come up every so often.

I would say getting a Huntertown 556 would be your best bet..I think they were around $5-6? I just picked up a AAC ECO 9 at Down by The Tracks and remembered seeing some of the Kestrel 556's in stock. Just be ready to wait it out..... I'm going two weeks now still waiting for the CLEO sign off. :):

I just sold a slightly used SWR HEMS .45 suppressor to a fellow Indiana resident yesterday. I sold him the host gun 10 months ago, so I had nothing to use the suppressor on anyway. I picked up some much needed XM855 ammo and cash, so we're both happy with the deal.
