Again, I reject the original premise.

1) No, they aren't and it hasn't.
2) They don't.
3) We are all going to lose our 2A rights if we keep up this tribal claptrap.

I'm an independent and I can see who is attacking the 2A. Seems to me that tribalism has created opposition in the form of another tribe. I'm not blind in my eyes nor my thinking.

Socialism is called communism lite (meaning without the AK's) for good reasons.
For socialism to work the state must have the power to force human nature to comply.

But to get back to the question of "Why do Democrats want a Socialist government here?"
That's easy to answer but usually impossible to get people to accept the reason (that there are things to be done here that require all power be in the hands of the state).
