Utah carry permits

Does anybody know of a course in N.W. indiana for a utah carry permit

The Midwest Gun & Range in Elkhart has the Utah class with some regularity.

I would be interested too. I'll watch the thread and see if something comes up. So far I have been thinking about signing up for a class in Indianapolis, but..... NW Ind would be better, and I think there are going to be plenty of us who would like to find a class in Lake or Porter county

We have a course scheduled for December 17th in Fishers. If you want me to come up there I can if you get some people together and have a venue.

I have just spoken to a Clayton Radatz of Safe Firearms Training in New Lenox IL. He is a N.R.A. Certified Instructor, and Utah Carry Concealed Instructor. His company gives Utah classes, and he stated that either there or in N.W. Indiana he would be willing to hold a class. If enough people sign up the price would be reasonable.

I was informed by a coworker, and im not 100% on this, but there is suppoively one in Crete, IL on december 12th... He was getting me more info on it...

Check out the Hammond Cabelas store. There's a Utah class Dec 11. Look under the 'Events' section.

I'm still not convinced it's worth the time or effort.

I took mine here, in NE Indiana, at the local Gander Mtn. I did it last year and the time from the class to time I got the permit was about 8 weeks.

Gander in Fort Wayne does have them and I saw in the Sunday (Nov 13) Journal Gazette classifieds that someone was offering this class as well!
