If you have already done your homework, please disregard.

Unless you specifically need Minnesota, an Indiana resident will want to consider a Florida non-res permit instead of one from Utah. No class required and it costs less (overall.)

I'll be money ahead after my next renewal since the UT is only $15 for renewal [1] while FL is the full $102 (plus a $15 late fee if you don't get it done by the exp. date). [2]

Short term - yeah, FL is cheaper.
