    Rec'd my Utah permit today, I mailed it out on August 21, so turn around time with mail is about 7 weeks. Even then, they sent a letter with it saying that the permit is contingent on the FBI clearence on my fingerprints and if the FBI rejects my fingerprints for any reason, the permit is invalid. So I'm assuming they have not cleared the FBI yet, I hear the FBI has a HUGE backlog.

    That is the standard letter Utah BCI sends with the permit...
