    Kudos for ingenuity.
How do the "inner thigh" option and the highest thigh straps maneuver out of the way of undergarments? (For instance, in the case of public restroom use).

Outer thigh is ok, the top strap slips down easily. I can disconnect both the top and the strap that goes to the wasit belt if I want, and slip everything down to my knee and back up easily.

Inner thigh is more difficult than outer thigh if I wanted to leave it mostly on place. I'd rather have something like a small .380 and a remora thigh holster for the times when I'd have to wear a tighter skirt. Even with a remora, or any thigh rig that sits high, I'd have to slip it down or it would touch the toilet (horror!). With the equipment that I've got, this is the best I can do for concealment with a tighter skirt. I don't want to have an excuse not to carry.
