Vent rib barrel with bead-blasted top strap and full underlug; adjustable u-notch rear sight and ramp front sight; checkered hammer spur; grooved trigger face; extended ejector rod housing; smooth walnut grip (non-Python) w/ Colt Custom gold medallion. Major contact parts factory hand-honed and hand-fitted. Weight ~43.5 ozs.
Working Condition
Excellent mechanical condition and lock-up timing. Very smooth trigger with average pull weights DA 8.0 lbs., SA 3.5 lbs. Trigger take-up 1/8” and pull weight 2.5 lbs. Gun fully inspected, cleaned, lubricated, and function-checked by a master gunsmith (Feb. 2024).
Appearance
Excellent overall. Some light bluing loss and/or wear marks around muzzle, bottom of trigger guard, at top right side of frame above cylinder, and on left side of barrel. Slight scratches/nicks on grip. Normal cylinder drag line. Accompanying photos accurately represent the gun’s overall physical/cosmetic condition; additional images can be furnished.
