Alan, I would like to get your opinion on how these two Vortex 1-4 x 24 illuminated optics rate against each other. I have a Viper pst on an AR and I really like it. I just ordered a Beretta ARX 160 .22lr for my son and thought the crossfire 2 would be a good, lower cost, optic to mount on it. Thanks in advance.

The glass is not as good, Its not true 1x, and its not daylight visable. Comparing the 2 is really hard because they are in different categories in terms of quality, and price.
