Unless you have the converter to use 7.62x39 ammo, finding food for your VZ will be difficult. I once checked into buying a VZ because it was different than everyone elses rifle. The non existant ammo situation made me stop. I've also been told that the "converters" are not all that reliable.

Anyway, it's still a cool rifle and I wish you good luck with it.
