I applied to upgrade my current CCW to a Lifetime Permit back in early December. I ALREADY had a license, not to mention a DoD and DHS security clearance and it STILL TOOK 3 months to get it back!!! So you might as well forget about it and be surprised like I was when it finally came in the mail. Good luck.
