On the surface this seems pretty crazy. I think it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out though..

We have to reserve judgement, but it doesn't look good.

Again, if the guy would have stopped and obeyed the officer he would be alive today.

Why would someone grab a taser (as reported) and take off running from a traffic stop for a broken taillight?

That said, after seeing the video it's hard to justify the use of deadly force in that situation.
