    That's how they served the bacon when I was in Ireland. It was practically a crime, I tells ya! Of course, they followed it up with blood pudding, so by comparison (as a crime) it might as well have been jaywalking.

    BAKE your bacon in the oven. Put on baking sheets covered with tinfoil. Don't allow the pieces to touch. 350-400 deg works fine. Makes em perfectly crispy with no splatter and easy clean-up. It's easy to get it exactly how you want it every single time.

    This is how i cook bacon aswell, the perfect amount of crispy.
    I put mine on a cookie sheet with a rack on it so most of the grease drips down.

    Bacon in the oven tastes good but not as much buildup. Bacon in the pan is full contact, slightly dangerous, rewarding, and you can relive the experience while cleaning up.
