I have been running my Glock 43 with Glock night sights in pocket carry mode for about two months.
Lately, my hip in the spot were the rear sight sits seems to have a numbness , not a pain but a numbness.
I remove the pistol from the pocket the numbness is gone in a short while.
I placed a friends G43 with out night sights in the same holster and the same pocket.....NO numbness!
Has anyone read or heard of this or a similar problem with radio active night sights?

it is possible you have something else causing the problem... the type of radiation the night sights give off is safe... you could take your sight to someone with a geiger counter and see if it is super high..

Go into a completely darkened room.

    Strip naked.

Stand in front of a mirror.

If your balls are glowing, sue the night sight manufacturer.

I've worn a watch with 10 times the tritium that's in nights sights for over 20 years without a problem.

Sometimes when you think about something long enough your body will sympathetically make it happen.

Check and double check there's nothing rubbing or the tritium hasn't escaped the vials. Other than that.... trick yourself into thinking, "There's nothing wrong with this gun."

Not sure about the sights, but I had an old friend - a man far past retirement age - recently tell me that he was hurting because his "psychiatric" nerve was acting up. Somehow, that seems much more serious than your garden-variety sciatic nerve issue.
