    In denial
I was listening to a guy on the radio and he kept pronouncing the word WASH as WARSH. At the risk of pissing some of you off, why do people say WARSH? It's spelled wash, not warsh. Jeeze, even my dad does it.

'I need to go warsh my car.'

'Honey, did you warsh my work shirts?'

C'mon kids, warsh your hands for dinner.'

Years ago when I worked at a dealership as a tech ,my minister brought his car in for service and as always requested me to work on it .

He would come back and shoot the breeze as I worked on his car, well as any good salesman he would try to drum up business and start talking to some of the techs around us.

that day he asked the tech across from me if he had a place to worship and his reply was yeah you see that little room up there with the sink:D

Here is another one that gets me ... I work in Logansport several days a week and instead of "push" they say "pooosh". The other two I hear all the time no matter where I am in Indiana are "whys not?" and "hows come"
