I have a friend that likes the casinos and is good at it, generally plays at bigger casinos once a month. Chase cancelled both his personal and business accounts and his spouses accounts because he deposited too much cash.

Read a story about a family that had all their accounts closed for the same reason and they owned a coin operated laundromat.
Did both these instances occur at chase or just the first?

I've heard many similar stories about chase. I don't know why anyone would bank with them.
They have about the best consumer tools, and the younger generation loves them for that. Then they also offer impressive wiring tools for business and other perks, but like you I can’t stand them.

My church does, but reluctantly. Customer service is nonexistent, (not answering phones, appointments missed, deposited checks lost, etc) But when we tried to switch it was too much of a headache to go to another bank due to how nobody else seemed to have the same cheap fee structure for c3s.
