where can I find 55 gallon water storage containers locally? By locally I mean central Indiana.

I find plenty online but shipping is killer

Try various Tractor Supply and farm and country stores. They are semi-random in their availability, so keep looking. Generally run about $35.

Another option is the 100-150 gallon tanks for sprayers, they run a couple hundred and are readily available at those places.

craigslist is where i get mine also. i just got one of the 275 gallon food grade tanks for 60 bucks off there. gonna set it up for my garden this summer.

I have seen them listed on the Lowes website. they will ship them to your local store. 40-55 gallon containers that go under your downspouts. Cant remember how much but I think in the $50/ container range.
